EXTENSIVE KNEE SURGERY DUE TO A PERSONAL INJURY
Plaintiff was seriously injured at an outdoor venue due to a poorly lit and designed stairwell. The injury to the plaintiff’s knee required extensive surgery and they were out of work for several months causing further loss of income. The venue’s insurance company completely denied all liability and no damages were offered to cover any medical bills.
